New Zealand Wide Shipping & Delivery Policy

Handling and Shipping typically takes 2–4 business days within New Zealand.

Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What are my shipping & delivery options?

We offer two shipping options in New Zealand - Nationwide and Rural Delivery.

Handling Time
We aim to process and pack all orders within 1–2 business days. Orders are fulfilled Monday to Saturday, ensuring prompt dispatch even for weekend purchases.

Shipping Fees: We offer the following shipping fees.

Nationwide: $7.50: Transit time is within 1-2 working days. 

Rural Delivery: $12.50: Transit time is within 1-2 working days.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

When will I receive my order?

We pack and dispatch our goods from beautiful Central Otago direct to you within 2-4 business days, Monday to Saturday. We use NZ Post Couriers so you can track and trace your order at any time using the tracking number emailed to you when your goods are dispatched.

Do you deliver Internationally?

We do offer international shipping.

We may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

If you would like to purchase our products and wish to have them tracked internationally using NZ Post International Express, Courier or Economy service please send us an email on hello@ecofox.co.nz before placing your order so we can advise the freight costs for you.
